BIARRITZ : Butter, wheat flour, eggs, sugar, dark chocolate (cocoa 54.5%), caramelized nuts (walnuts, peanuts, almonds), milk, cocoa (cocoa 100%), baking powder.
CHAMONIX : Butter, wheat flour, eggs, sugar, milk chocolate (cocoa 33.6%), pralin (almonds, hazelnuts, sugar), milk, baking powder, vanilla seeds.
In case of allergy, we can prepare these madeleines without nuts (just a beautiful chocolate shell).
