When will I receive my order?
All our madeleines are baked to order for you to enjoy them at the top of their freshness.
We accommodate all orders within 1 to 2 business days, therefore you should receive your order within 2 to 3 business days*. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.
We are based in London, but we deliver all over the UK!
We deliver through Absolutely from Tuesday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are made by Royal Mail Special Delivery (additional shipping cost applies).
Please make sure that someone will be able to receive the delivery at the specified delivery address as our madeleines are not great at travelling back and forth!
If you want to receive your order on a specific day, please specify a date on the ‘Order note’ field at check out or drop us an email, and we will do our best to accommodate and suit you.

Where do you deliver to?
We are based in London, NW10 and we currently deliver:
- UK-wide for our BISOU Boxes and BISOU Bags
- London wide for our BISOU Boxes, BISOU Bags, BISOU towers, Maxi BISOU and Catering orders.
Can I still get a BISOU tower, a Maxi BISOU or a Catering delivery if I’m not in London?
We may be able to arrange delivery for advanced orders depending on your location. Email us at email@example.com to enquire about delivery outside London and we might find a solution!

You can have your favorite Madeleines delivered anywhere, straight to your door : at home, at work or at your event’s venue.
It’s our top priority to ensure your order arrives safe and on time, and at a fair delivery cost, so you receive the quality service that we work hard on to provide.
Do I need to be there to accept delivery?
In order to make it a super easy delivery, please make sure to correctly fill out the delivery form with all details our delivery partner should know about. If you have any additional information or special request (e.g. ‘Leave with security at front desk’), please add them during the checkout.
It is also your responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address provided.
BISOU les Madeleines cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
If any issue arise while trying to deliver, our delivery partner will call the contact you provided. If he is unable to locate the recipient, he will leave it in a safe place (with a neighbour or co-worker).
If our delivery partner is directed to a loading bay or post room, we cannot accept responsibility for how the cakes are handled.
Please note that it is a freshly made product and we are unable to re-deliver. Once your order has been processed, we cannot offer a refund.
What if I need to leave a note about delivery?
If you have any additional information or special requests (e.g. ‘leave with security at front desk’), you will be given the opportunity to add this in during the checkout process.
